Responsibilities:
Drive property sales and achieve performance targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service
Work flexibly in your preferred area/suburb
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales
Current Real Estate Licence (Class 2)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused
Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
Manage client enquiries, correspondence, and documentation
Assist with marketing campaigns and compliance tasks
Support the sales team to ensure smooth operations
Previous experience in administration (real estate experience preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and computer skills
Experience with real estate software is an advantage
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
